President

Jerry Sutkiewicz

Jerry is the President and founder of Payroll Express. He didn’t really intend to start a payroll company, it just sort of happened. He earned a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Carroll University and went to work with his father at Midwest Accounting – eventually purchasing the firm in 1992. At the time, his accounting firm provided payroll services for their monthly clients. Jerry believed all businesses could value from the efficiency that outsourcing payroll provides, so he invested in technology and focused on recruiting talent and Payroll Express was formed.

Jerry continues to serve as President of Midwest Accounting. In 2011, he purchased Osowski Accounting in West Bend, WI and created a second location. He further expanded in 2016 by purchasing Tennies Accounting, and merging it into the West Bend office.

Jerry is an active member of the nationwide Professional Association of Small Business Accountants. He has served as President many times and is a decorated member of the association. He has most notably earned the lifetime achievement award for honoring their motto – Teach, Share, Learn.

When Jerry is not working, he can be found on the golf course, relaxing at his cabin in Northern Wisconsin, or spending time with his wife, Faith, and their large family – including 9 grandchildren!

Abbey Krueger

Abbey Krueger graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She joined Payroll Express in 2009.

She is passionate about customer service - although she doesn't like to call it that. To her, that means calling an 800 number and pressing "0" for help. She would rather her clients and prospects see Payroll Express as a trusted business resource - an extension of their own company. She takes great pride in getting to know her clients.

According to Abbey, every business is a puzzle – and she likes to dig into the details and find the products and services that fit best. Her favorite phone calls (and she spends a lot of time on the phone!) are the ones where clients express gratitude for the services Payroll Express offers. Their only regret is not calling sooner.

Outside of work, Abbey spends most of her time with her husband, Kyle, and their three young children. She enjoys reading, coffee, traveling to warmer places, and a good park!
